The Renew Centre is a trusted provider of canine rehabilitation in Dursley, Gloucestershire—helping dogs recover from injury, surgery, or age-related conditions. At The Renew Centre, we are dedicated to meeting the growing demand for expert-led canine rehabilitation in Gloucestershire. Our focus is on delivering detailed, evidence-based care for sports dogs, older dogs, and those recovering from orthopaedic surgery – providing everything from diagnosis and treatment planning to complete rehabilitation under one roof.
Our purpose-built facility in Dursley was founded to offer a truly integrated approach to dog rehabilitation, ensuring each patient receives tailored care that supports their return to full movement, performance, and quality of life.
A Story Built on Shared Passion and Expertise
The Renew Centre was born from a long-standing professional partnership between Rachel and Emma, who first met in 2006 when Rachel’s Border Terrier, Nutmeg – part of the Team GB agility squad – required chiropractic care before competing overseas. A shared passion for canine sports and recovery sparked a friendship and working relationship that’s continued for nearly two decades.
After collaborating at Vale Vets and later becoming Team Vet and Team Chiropractor for Team GB Agility, Rachel and Emma decided to create their own dedicated centre—one that reflected their values, clinical knowledge, and ambition to deliver exceptional, joined-up care for dogs across the South West.
Supporting Dogs at Every Life Stage
While we are proud of our work with agility and sporting dogs, we also provide compassionate, effective support for older dogs—whether they are retired athletes or beloved family pets. Using our multimodal pain management approach, we help them maintain comfort, mobility, and the freedom to enjoy walks, swims, and play.
For dogs recovering from orthopaedic surgery, our rehab services are designed to promote tissue healing, restore strength, and enable a confident return to full function—safely and efficiently.
